Your responsibilities: 

  • Analyze the filtered results from German tender platforms based on the criteria of IT and software development. Identify any requirements that cannot be fulfilled and select the most promising results for further examination by other experts. 
  • Manage the more formal aspects of the tender application (with possible support from other team members). 
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to complete the tender offer within the given timeframe. Act as a project manager for all tender-related activities, including communication with the tender issuer. 
  • Over time, systematically collect company-related documents (financial, references, other declarations, etc.) that are often required for tenders. 

 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Ability to learn and utilize innovative selling technologies (e.g., analytics, social media) to foster connections, engage clients, and identify new business opportunities. 
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve performance goals. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to tailor communications to adapt to different cultures, clients, and colleagues at multiple levels. 
  • Ability to prioritize demands from multiple clients while developing creative sales solutions that solve complex business problems 
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting working relationships with clients and colleagues 
  • Proficiency in the German language at an advanced level 
  • A certain IT background would be preferred 
  • Exhibits a keen acumen for business analysis and a systematic approach to tasks.
