Your responsibilities: 

• Translate ideas and wireframes into high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple platforms and products.
• Design clear and intuitive user flows that enhance the user experience.
• Ensure quality control of all design deliverables, maintaining a high standard aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients in English throughout the design and development process.
• Utilize Figma as the primary tool for creating, organizing, and delivering design assets

 The ideal candidate: 

• 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web/desktop applications.
• Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
• Strong user-centered design approach with an understanding of user behavior.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on design accuracy and consistency.
• Experienced in working with and maintaining design systems.
• Solid visual design skills, balancing aesthetics and usability.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
• Working time: 9:30 – 18:30 from Monday to Friday, 6-8 hours/day and workat office at least two days a week.
