Job Description
The Sales Operations Executive ensures the sales team runs efficiently through process optimization, data accuracy, and system management. This role owns sales reporting and HubSpot administration, turning data into insights and keeping workflows on track.
When needed, they also support the team with ad-hoc administrative or documentation tasks during peak workloads and receive commission for project contributions.
Your responsibilities:
1.Sales Operations & Process Optimization
- Maintain and improve sales workflows to ensure data integrity and team compliance.
- Manage HubSpot CRM setup, automation, and hygiene.
- Monitor key metrics and suggest operational improvements.
2. Data & Reporting
- Build and update dashboards (Excel / Power BI / HubSpot) for weekly and monthly reviews.
- Analyze pipeline and conversion data to support decision-making.
- Consolidate CRM, finance, and delivery data into clear reports.
3.Tools & System Management
- Act as point person for CRM and related sales tools.
- Coordinate small automation or integration projects that enhance efficiency.
4. Ad-hoc Support
- Assist with proposals, quotations, contracts, or internal admin tasks when the sales team is overloaded.
- Help with client or internal documentation as required.
The ideal candidate:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM administration (preferably in IT / tech).
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across teams.
- Good English communication skills.

- Flexible working time: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, No Overtime (Only 8 working hours)
