Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, enabling them to both drive projects and clarify business needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (PM):
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Manage risks, issues, and change control processes.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
- Lead project meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Business Analysis (BA):
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution assessments.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years in a business analysis role.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Project management certification, or business analysis certification a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in some industry domain.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
