Your responsibilities 

1. Pre-sales Support (20% working time)  

• Coordinate with Technical Leaders, Project Managers and Sales Managers to gather client's requirements, estimate resources and develop the appropriate delivery solution  

• Prepare documentation and coordinate all contractual matters with clients  

1. Project Delivery and Quality Assurance (60% working time)  

• Responsible for KPIs of the Delivery Department including billable rate and resource utilization  

• Ensure the project team understands and follows the client’s standards and the software solution meets the client’s requirements  

• Defines potential problems and suggests alternatives to ensure the time and cost meets client’s standard  

• Develop and manage project plans, including project scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, dashboards   

• Monitor and review client satisfaction and follow up client requests  

1. Delivery Team Management (20% working time)  

• Ensure clear definition of project members' responsibilities  

• Responsible for adequate staffing and training for successful project delivery.  

• Facilitates project team’s reports includes the timesheet and resources allocation 

 The ideal candidate 

• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related subjects  

• Minimum 8 years of software development experience with at least 4 years in the role of Agile managerial position  

• Excellent English in both writing and speaking skill
