Job Description
Your responsibilities:
We’re seeking an experienced process quality assurance specialist who has good knowledge of project management and software development with the detailed scope of work as follows ( 50% effort on process QA and 50% effort on Manual QA Project):
- Manual QA Project
- At least 1 year of experience QA/QC/Test engineer
- Knowledge of software testing and software development process
- Having knowledge of testing design techniques and testing strategies
- Experience in API testing, Database testing (SQL)
- Manage issues/risks, guarantee software quality, and create test reports
- PQA task - QA Process
- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics
- Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Develop document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and update processes for software development and project management
- Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management
- Provide training and support to the quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Identify & collect best practices, and templates from internal projects and industry to enrich company process best practices
- Organize training activities to increase awareness and help the delivery team buy into the defined processes
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in process definition, project audit, and improvement in the IT field
- Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Basic Level English
