Your responsibilities:

• Act as both QA and Business Analyst: gather, analyze, and document business requirements; ensure they are fully understood and testable
• Work directly with clients and the development team to clarify requirements and ensure functional specification and test coverage
• Design, write, and maintain test cases, regression tests, and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and database testing
• Report, track, and verify defects; ensure issues are resolved according to the defined test strategy
• Support application troubleshooting, enhancements, and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards

 The ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer with exposure to manual test, (automation testing as plus)
• Strong skills in business analysis: able to understand business requirements, clarify ambiguities with stakeholders, and translate them into well-defined acceptance criteria and test cases
• Tester mindset combined with BA perspective: able to identify edge cases, anticipate user behaviors, and ensure business value is delivered through testing
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and testing strategies
• Ability to manage issues/risks, guarantee software quality, and create clear test reports
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and opinionated when it relates to user experience and quality
• Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus
