Your responsibilities:

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take responsibility for the quality of our IT recruitment process. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills. You can expect the role to include:

1 - IT Recruitment (70% working time)

  • Build up resources with suitable candidates for the company’s IT vacancies. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Execute assigned monthly/quarterly IT recruitment plan of the team and achieve the highest fulfillment rate while ensuring the quality of new hire
  • Manage recruitment channels, plan and arrange interviews, tests
  • Regularly provide updates on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment need

2 - Employer Branding (20% working time)

  • Manage and update company career social channels
  • Research and work on partnership opportunities and programs to enhance our employer‘s brand
  • Design and implement talent programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the Company‘s talent pool

3 - Employee Relations & Development Activity (10% working time)

  • Design, plan, execute, monitor, and manage engagement projects and internal events
  • Organize and coordinate relevant training sessions/programs

The ideal candidate:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
  • An innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
  • English and Vietnamese language to a professional standard
