Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the backend team. This is a hands-on senior role focused on building scalable backend systems, integrations, distributed services, and AI-powered features in a fast-paced product environment.

The ideal candidate is highly independent, has strong system design capabilities, deep backend expertise, and uses modern AI development tools efficiently as part of their daily workflow.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Own features end-to-end, from design to production deployment
• Develop integrations with external platforms and APIs
• Work with cloud-native infrastructure and scalable architectures
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend and backend teams
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Use AI tools effectively to improve development speed and quality

The ideal candidate:
Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 8
• Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices
• Experience working with distributed systems at scale
• Strong understanding of system design and backend architecture
• Experience working with AWS-based environments
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Strong knowledge of queues and async processing systems (SQS or similar)
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and scaling practices
• Deep database knowledge, including:
• SQL optimization
• Execution plans
• Indexing and index fragmentation
• Stored procedures
• Data modeling
• Experience working with:
• MySQL
• SQL Server
• MongoDB
• DynamoDB
• Redis
• Good understanding of .NET memory management and Garbage Collection (GC)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities

AI-Driven Development (Mandatory)

The ideal candidate should actively use AI tools as part of their daily development workflow, including:

• AI-assisted coding
• Prompt engineering
• Debugging and refactoring with AI
• Evaluating AI-generated code
• Building internal automations and developer workflows using AI tools

Experience with AI/LLM integrations or AI product features is a strong advantage.
