Your responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of quality for assigned features, covering both manual and automated testing: design, develop, and execute test cases for Web and API applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to review requirements, clarify functionalities, and identify potential risks.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automation test scripts using Playwright, or other relevant frameworks.
• Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.
• Perform functionality, regression, integration, performance, and compatibility testing as required.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain high standards of product quality across releases.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and best practices across the team.
• Use Claude in ACDC (Agent Centric Development Cycle) in day-to-day QA work – test case generation, test data preparation, exploratory test ideas, automation script scaffolding, and defect analysis – to shorten the QA cycle.
• Build, document, and continuously improve AI-assisted QA workflows, prompts, and skills in ACDC so that they are reusable and consistent across the team.
• Measure the impact of these improvements (cycle time, test coverage, defect escape rate) and share the results and best practices with the QA and development teams.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including a minimum of 3 year in automation testing, and ready to take responsibility for both manual and automation QA rather than one of them.
• Hands-on experience in Web and API testing.
• Proficient in using test automation tools such as Playwright, or other automation frameworks in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Good understanding of software development processes.
• Hands-on experience applying AI assistants such as Claude to QA work, with the ability to create and refine prompts, skills, and workflows in Claude in ACDC (Agent Centric Development Cycle).
• A process-improvement mindset: proactive in spotting repetitive QA tasks that can be automated or delegated to AI, and in turning what works into a standard practice for the team.
• Good command of English, especially in reading and writing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working in cloud environments is an advantage.

• Flexible working time: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, No Overtime (Only 8 working hours)
