About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Computer Vision to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing and deploying AI models, with additional skills in Python backend development considered a significant advantage.
English proficiency is a must, as you will collaborate closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize computer vision models for real-world applications.
- Lead AI research and prototyping initiatives, bringing concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Build and maintain robust Python-based backend services to support AI model deployment and operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed models and services.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, ML, and backend engineering.
- Write clear documentation and communicate technical details effectively in English.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience (5+ years preferred) in Computer Vision projects (e.g., image classification, object detection, segmentation, OCR, pose estimation).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or similar.
- Solid programming skills in Python; experience with backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with model deployment (e.g., Docker, REST APIs, cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with edge AI deployment (e.g., TensorRT, DeepStream, ONNX).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Familiarity with system design and scalable architecture.
- Contributions to open-source AI/computer vision projects are a plus.
