1) Content Development (50%)

• Create compelling content for branding activities, such as blog posts, press releases, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Work closely with designers to produce high-quality marketing materials like company profiles, pitch decks, and video scripts.
• Maintain and update branding assets, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all touchpoints.

2) Social Media Management (30%)

• Develop, implement, and manage creative branding initiatives on social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Produce and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and visuals, tailored to our target audience.
• Monitor performance metrics, assess engagement, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

3) Event Management (20%)

• Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events, including topic selection, speaker coordination, and platform setup.
• Oversee event logistics, from planning, budgeting, and organizing to on-site execution and post-event evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR and Internal Communications teams to support internal events and campaigns that align with Eastgate’s values.

Requirement:

• At least 2 years in branding, communications, and/or event management. Prior experience in tech companies or B2B branding is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and other content creation platforms.
