Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Intern who is genuinely excited about recruitment, especially IT recruitment, and wants to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team on real hiring for real projects. Recruitment will be your main focus, and you’ll also contribute to employer branding and support day-to-day HR administration. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time position after 3–6 months, based on performance and business needs.

- Post job openings on recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other relevant channels.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and social media.
- Screen CVs against job requirements and conduct initial phone screening.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback and keep the candidate database/ATS up to date.
- Support recruitment reports, talent mapping, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
2. Employer Branding (~25%)
- Create and publish employer branding content for our career page and social media channels.
- Design recruitment marketing materials (job posters, social posts) using Canva.
- Collect employee stories, team highlights, and learning activities to showcase our culture.
- Support employer branding campaigns and help organize internal engagement activities and company events.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
3. HR & Administrative Support (~15%)
- Support HR documentation, data entry, and employee records management.
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate the first day for new employees.
- Support office logistics, meeting arrangements, and office supplies as needed.

- Months 2–3: Source and screen candidates independently, coordinate interviews, and produce regular employer branding content.
- Months 4–6: Take ownership of hiring for selected positions under supervision and contribute to recruitment reports and campaigns.
Your performance will be reviewed based on sourcing quality, process accuracy, candidate experience, and ownership. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role.

- Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn about IT roles (developer, QA, BA, etc.).
- Nice to have: previous HR/recruitment internship, part-time job, or student club experience in recruitment, events, or content creation.
What You’ll Get
- Monthly allowance: VND 5,000,000.
- Hands-on training and 1:1 mentorship from experienced HR professionals and senior leaders.
