Your responsibilities: 

As this position, you will take responsibility for the internal communication and employer branding activities of the Culture & Talent team. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills. You can expect the role to include the following:

• Assist in developing and executing internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement.
• Create and manage engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, company updates, and social media.
• Support the organization of internal events, team-building activities, and company-wide meetings.
• Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback to improve communication strategies.
• Ensure consistency in internal messaging aligned with the company’s culture and values.
• Other tasks as assigned by leaders

The ideal candidate: 

• University graduated/undergraduated in Human Resources or related
• Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
• English is an advantage
• Be able to work at least 20 hours/week at office, from Monday to Friday
