About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join an R&D project focused on designing, developing, and optimizing algorithms for real-world data.

This role is suitable for someone with a strong foundation in mathematics, solid Python programming skills, and the ability to turn complex theoretical concepts into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for data processing, analysis, and decision-making systems.
• Translate mathematical and theoretical concepts into clean, working code.
• Analyze algorithm performance, complexity, and numerical stability.
• Work independently from problem definition to implementation.
• Document algorithm design, assumptions, and limitations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical and analytical background.
• Solid programming skills in Python.
• Good problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• English communication level B2 or above.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with algorithm optimization for performance and scalability.
• Experience working with real-world, noisy, or large-scale data.
