Job Description

Your responsibilities:

As C&B Executive, you will take responsibility for the internal communication and employer branding activities of the Culture & Talent team. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills. You can expect the role to include the following:

1) Payroll & Compensation Operations (40% of working time)

  • Administer end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
  • Collect, validate, and reconcile timekeeping, attendance, and leave records to support payroll accuracy.
  • Manage statutory insurance processes, including registration, claims, and monthly reporting for SHUI.
  • Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) registrations, declarations, and monthly submissions through government platforms.
  • Liaise with tax offices, insurance authorities, and external service providers to ensure legal compliance and timely issue resolution.

2) Employee Records & HR Documentation (20% of working time)

  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation: labor contracts, renewals, transfers, terminations, and promotion letters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to both physical and digital personnel files in line with audit requirements.
  • Support data entry, maintenance, and integrity in HRIS and payroll systems.

3) Employee Relations & Support (20% of working time)

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, insurance, PIT, and internal compensation policies.
  • Educate staff on company reward programs, entitlements, statutory benefits, and C&B procedures.
  • Assist in implementing employee recognition, union-led initiatives, and HR engagement programs.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including coordination of evaluation timelines and documentation.

4) HR Coordination & Reporting (20% of working time)

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal use and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR team members (Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, etc.) on shared tasks and cross-functional projects.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and support internal reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve C&B operations and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, PIT, and social insurance practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR software systems.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
